GBet 5 Terms and Conditions – Philippines Online Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and GBet 5 ("GBet 5," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at gbet5.net.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on GBet 5, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein — including the GBet 5 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus or promotion terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the GBet 5 platform, including sports betting, PBA betting, basketball betting, esports betting, online casino, and baccarat.

2. Eligibility

To create a GBet 5 account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GBet 5 is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit minors to register, deposit, or bet under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal and you are permitted to access the GBet 5 platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or excluded by court order, regulatory directive, or prior account action taken by GBet 5.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be a GBet 5 employee, contractor, agent, or an immediate family member of any such person.

GBet 5 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction, the account will be restricted or closed and any winnings forfeited until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each person may register and maintain only one GBet 5 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or any alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. GBet 5 uses this information to verify your identity and process your financial transactions. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.1 KYC Verification

GBet 5 is required by applicable regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to submit valid government-issued identification (passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's licence) and proof of address. Withdrawals above ₱50,000 in any rolling 30-day period require completed KYC verification. GBet 5 may request KYC documents at any time, regardless of transaction amounts.

3.2 Account Currency

All GBet 5 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. GBet 5 does not offer multi-currency accounts.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GBet 5 login credentials. You must not share your password, allow any other person to access your account, or use another member's account under any circumstances.

GBet 5 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available in your account security settings. All actions taken through your GBet 5 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and personal information updated — are your responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact GBet 5 support immediately at support@gbet5.net. GBet 5 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Placing Bets

All bets on GBet 5 are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the GBet 5 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. The GBet 5 platform will issue a unique bet reference number for every confirmed wager — this is your record of the transaction.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum bet on GBet 5 is ₱50 across all sports and casino products. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and member account status. GBet 5 reserves the right to apply individual maximum bet limits to specific accounts at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the GBet 5 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that fail due to technical issues on the member's side (connectivity, browser errors) are not binding on GBet 5. Members are advised to verify all bets in their account transaction history.

5.3 Accumulators and Parlays

GBet 5 permits accumulator and parlay bets combining multiple selections. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the remaining legs stand and the bet is recalculated excluding the voided selection. The maximum payout on any single parlay ticket is ₱5,000,000.

6. Bet Settlement

GBet 5 settles all bets based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body, league, or sports authority. For PBA games, the official Philippine Basketball Association result governs settlement. For football, the result at the end of 90 minutes plus added time applies, unless the specific market (such as extra time or penalties) states otherwise.

GBet 5 aims to settle bets within 15–30 minutes of a result being declared official. In cases of contested results, protests, or late score revisions, GBet 5 may delay settlement until the official result is confirmed. If an official result is reversed after settlement, GBet 5 reserves the right to reverse the settlement accordingly.

7. Void Bets and Pricing Errors

GBet 5 reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — in the following circumstances:

• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market result was determined.
• The odds or lines were published in error (a "palpable error"), including typographical errors or system malfunctions that resulted in odds materially different from the fair market price.
• The bet was placed after the event had already started, where the market should have been suspended.
• The member had knowledge of the result at the time the bet was placed (late bets knowingly taken after the outcome was determined).
• The bet was part of a pattern of behaviour identified as bonus abuse, arbitrage, or market manipulation.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the member's GBet 5 account. GBet 5 will notify members of voided bets via account transaction records.

8. Live In-Play Betting

GBet 5 offers live betting on a wide range of sports and events. Live markets are subject to suspension at any time based on match events. GBet 5 cannot guarantee the continuous availability of live markets during any event.

Live bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Short delays between a live event and the GBet 5 platform are inherent to the nature of live betting. Members found to be exploiting live betting latency to gain an unfair advantage ("courtsiding" or scalping) will have their accounts restricted.

GBet 5 live betting minimum is ₱200 per selection. Maximum limits apply per market and event.

9. Deposits

GBet 5 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits must be made from payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

The minimum deposit is ₱100. There are no fees charged by GBet 5 on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside GBet 5's control.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your GBet 5 account instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically process within 5–15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. GBet 5 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

10. Withdrawals

Members may withdraw available balances to verified payment methods at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. GBet 5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

There is no minimum withdrawal amount on GBet 5. GCash and Maya withdrawals process in under 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank withdrawals process within 15–30 minutes during business hours.

10.1 Verification Requirements

GBet 5 requires identity verification to be completed before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a rolling 30-day period. For smaller withdrawals, GBet 5 may still request verification at any time as part of our compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account restriction.

11.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by GBet 5 carry a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by product — sports bets typically contribute 100% while certain casino games may contribute less.

11.2 Bonus Abuse

GBet 5 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to clear wagering with minimal risk, automated betting, and exploiting pricing errors. Any account found to be abusing GBet 5 bonuses will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and the account may be closed.

11.3 Bonus Expiry

All GBet 5 bonuses expire if not claimed or used within the time frame stated in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses are automatically removed from accounts upon expiry. GBet 5 does not extend bonus validity periods unless there is a verified technical fault on our platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

GBet 5 is committed to responsible gaming and maintains a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. We want your experience on the platform to be enjoyable and sustainable — never harmful.

The following tools are available to all GBet 5 members and can be activated at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Session time limits — set a maximum continuous play session duration with automatic logout
• Reality checks — periodic notifications showing session duration and balance changes
• Cooling-off periods — temporary breaks from betting (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion — close your account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently

Once self-exclusion is activated on GBet 5, it takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed for the duration selected. GBet 5 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will close the account promptly.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

GBet 5 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• The member has breached these Terms and Conditions
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• The account is involved in bonus abuse, collusion, or match manipulation
• The member has provided false or incomplete registration information
• The member's continued use of the platform presents a regulatory or compliance risk to GBet 5
• The member is under 18 years of age

Members may also voluntarily close their GBet 5 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

14. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GBet 5 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one account
• Using GBet 5 for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the GBet 5 platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event
• Colluding with other GBet 5 members in casino games
• Using GBet 5 in any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited

15. Limitation of Liability

The GBet 5 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GBet 5 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

GBet 5 shall not be liable for any loss arising from: service interruptions caused by technical faults, third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or your failure to follow these Terms. In no event shall GBet 5's total liability to any member exceed the amount actually deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GBet 5 is not responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties that may be payable by members on their winnings under applicable Philippine law. Members are responsible for their own tax obligations.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

GBet 5 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

By creating a GBet 5 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and (where opted in) marketing communications.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of GBet 5 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, members are requested to first contact GBet 5 customer support at support@gbet5.net. GBet 5 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority for adjudication.

18. Changes to These Terms

GBet 5 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, GBet 5 will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the GBet 5 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
